This webinar will highlight how the Vermont Tobacco Control Program worked with state partners, including the state Medicaid program, to improve the reach of the Medicaid tobacco cessation benefit by adding pharmacists as recognized providers. During the webinar, we will hear from Vermont on how they achieved this success, as well as information on how adding care extenders as recognized providers can extend the reach of a comprehensive tobacco cessation benefit in a state Medicaid program.
