Breathe Well, Live Well® Facilitator Training is a free one-hour interactive online learning module designed to prepare asthma educators in the community to deliver asthma self-management education to adults and families. This course is ideal for healthcare practitioners, Certified Asthma Educators (AE-C), Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES) and Community Health Workers wanting to improve asthma control and the quality of life of people living with asthma.
